Initial contact should be by a telephone call to our offices. If we
are in meetings, our receptionist (or voice mail) will pick up your
call. Please leave your name, phone number(s), and a very brief
description of your topic. This will help us prepare for your
questions.
Our established clients have both email and cell phone access. We
appreciate the benefits of email. Email helps clients organize their
thoughts and thereby use their resources efficiently. We can respond
specifically to a question, or either of us can ask for a meeting, or
a phone conversation.
We regularly check our voice mail. If we are unable to take your
call, you can expect that your message will be received promptly.
